Reimagining Waste. Redefining the Future

At the heart of our operations is a commitment to delivering superior products with a minimal impact on the environment through cutting-edge technology and innovative processes.

  • Trees saved 3M+
  • Renewable Energy - 1 MW
  • Water Consumption reduced 90%

We don’t just minimize our footprint we maximize our responsibility.

Fiber Circularity (Waste-to-Value)
The Process 100% of our raw material is derived from reclaimed waste paper and agro-residues. The Impact By diverting thousands of tons of waste from landfills annually, we reduce the demand for virgin wood pulp, directly contributing to the preservation of national forest cover. The Technology Our advanced de-inking and cleaning systems allow us to extract high-quality cellulose from low-grade waste, ensuring zero fiber goes to waste.

Water Stewardship (Closed-Loop Systems)
The ProcessWe operate a sophisticated Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) that recycles process water back into the manufacturing cycle. The Impact: This "Closed-Loop" approach significantly reduces our fresh-water intake per ton of paper produced, protecting the local water table in Chakdaha. The Goal Achieving near-zero liquid discharge (ZLD) to ensure that the water we return to the environment meets or exceeds all regulatory standards.

Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction
The Process Optimization of steam and power through high-efficiency boilers and heat-recovery systems on our paper machines. The Impact By streamlining our drying process (the most energy-intensive part of paper making), we reduce our carbon emissions per unit of finished product. The Future We are actively exploring renewable energy integrations to further decouple our industrial growth from fossil fuel consumption.
